11. Shipping
Unless otherwise stated on the Website at the time of purchase, if we ship you a physical product, we reserve the right to add applicable shipping and handling fees to your order. Unless otherwise stated, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to fulfill your order within a reasonable time after receipt of your properly completed and verified order. Accurate shipping address and phone number information is required. Although we may provide delivery or shipment timeframes or dates, such dates are good-faith estimates and are subject to change. If we are unable to contact you or you would like to cancel your order, we will cancel the order and refund an equivalent amount of credit valid for any other product or service produced by Derek Israel Enterprises LLC. This Agreement will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona and the United States without regard to any conflict of laws principles that would require the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be heard exclusively in the state and federal courts of Maricopa County, Arizona; you hereby expressly and irrevocably consent and waive any objection to the personal jurisdiction, venue and convenience of such courts. No waiver by Derek Israel Enterprises LLC of any breach of or right under this Agreement will be a waiver of any preceding or succeeding breach or any other right.
