Exercise #1: Before scheduling our first formal coaching session through a virtual call, you must complete this form and the following exercise. Step 1: Identify and write your top 10 values. Step 2: Reorder them in order of importance to you. Step 3: Put a score from 1 (one) to 10 (ten) on each value. The score represents how much you respect and express this value in your life. For example, one means "very poor," and ten means "I'm rocking"! All the other values are in between. Step 4: Provide three practical solutions to maximize that value in your life (actions, habits, decisions, etc.). And finally, step 5: you will respect those solutions and start acting those in your life.
